What you get is what you put into things
If you had your choice, would you want a pair of yellow box shoes? Last week I decided to go 'cheap' and pick up a pair of flip flops at a nearby dollar store. They worked out for about two days, until some rain came in from the North.
After that I was fighting suction cup action that resulted in the toe thong piece ripping through the foam bottom while it gripped the wet ground.
Since then I've been stopping every few hours and having to put them back together, causing me to walk gingerly...but hopefully not too much like Ginger. You get what you pay for, I guess.
