Virtual Frugality

Years ago we didn't have the internet, let alone connected freely in libraries. It's ironic that while in India there is a proposed laptop computer that will sell for under $30USD, we still have arguments regarding unhindered public library access to the homeless.

They're not just playing games online. I've found many pursuing jobs, searching for homes, doing comparative shopping, much like what anyone else can do using vitacost coupons.

I was asked what my opinion was on this site. The best thing I can say is that anything that offers discounts to consumers is a big plus, especially when they can search and find or use such in their own environment rather than 'push' sales tactics in stores. Sites like this provide consumers a way to educate themselves to save for things that they need and want in the future.

And that puts the field level for everyone, whether homed or homeless.
